The program is designed to complement children's kindergarten experience, not replace or duplicate it. It's offered in a classroom setting, at the Hubbard and Tisdale schools. It's available in morning and afternoon sessions, depending on a child's kindergarten placement.
There are two types of schedules, either on a five-day schedule or on a Tuesday-through-Thursday schedule, in the afternoon only. Wrap follows all of the RSD kindergarten hours of operation, including closings.
Children entering kindergarten in September 2016 who will attend kindergarten in the Ramsey School District are eligible to enroll. Registration packets are available for pick up at both the Hubbard and Tisdale schools' main office or by clicking here. Be sure to select the schedule you want, either the three- or five-day option.
To register your child, submit a completed registration packet along with the required deposit at Wrap Registration Night, from 6-8 p.m., in Ramsey High School's room 118. Registration packets will not be accepted beforehand. After Feb. 17, packets can be mailed to the Ramsey Community School office.
