Proceeds from the event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., will go towards the educational programs at the Ramsey parochial school.
The school is seeking tricky tray items for live and silent auction. It also will accept cash or gift card donations.
“No gift is too big or too small,” Jennifer Passerino of DBP’s alumni office said.
Donation wish list items include: trips; event tickets; wine and food tastings; electronics; recreation; theme baskets; jewelry; services; sports memorabilia; and sports equipment.
Individuals and/or businesses can advertise in the journal. Quarter page ads start at $75, with the price going up by size and placement. Those are due April 1 and can be submitted via e-mail.
Four sponsorship options – “Bosco,” “Ironman,” “President’s” and “Auction” – are available, and include event tickets; seating; sponsor listing; advertisement; and tricky tray and/or raffle tickets. These range in price from $1,500 – $5,000.
All donations can be delivered to the school’s main lobby in DeSales Hall or to the Alumni Advancement office, located in St. John’s Hall.
Forms can be returned and mailed to: Don Bosco Prep 492 N. Franklin Turnpike Ramsey, NJ 07446 to Passerino’s attention. She can be reached at (201) 327-2049 or alumni@donboscoprep.org.
All donations are tax deductible (Deadline: April 6).
