On Monday, Oct. 21, the 2,900-square-foot property at 308 Anderson St. sold for $1.3 million, the highest price yet for a multi-family residence in the city, real estate records show. Tiffany Leape, an award-winning realtor from Blueline Realty, represented the seller. The home was built by Technocraft Construction LLC.
The "top-over-bottom" house features two units, each one with three full bedrooms, hardwood floors, a kitchen with quartz counters, shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, modern baths, central air conditioning, and more.
The first unit has three full baths, an open-concept kitchen and living area, laundry on the first floor, a fully-finished basement (which includes one of the bathrooms), and a garage. The second unit has two full baths, an open-concept kitchen and living area, laundry, and a garage.
The home is located in the Fairmount District and is within walking distance of the Anderson Street train station.
The second-highest is a home on Lookout Avenue, which sold for $999,000 in June, according to Zillow.
Blueline Realty, which specializes in new construction, has another property similar to 308 Anderson St., located at 114 Old Hoboken Road in Hackensack. That house is also a two-family property and the construction was just finished this week. It's listed at $1.149 million.
Tiffany Leape got her real estate license in 2021 and won two prominent awards: The Rising Star Award on behalf of the Greater Bergen Board of Realtors, and the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® 2023 Gold Level (which recognizes realtors who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship).
