Campgaw Road was reopened around 2 p.m. Monday, roughly 14 hours after the Camgaw Road crash at Seminary Road, Police Chief James N. Batelli said.

“The driver was examined at the scene by Mahwah

EMS and refused medical attention,” Batelli said.

The vehicle, which landed on its roof, had to be towed, the chief said.

The crash briefly cut power to the area and closed the road between Seminary and the county park entrance so long because of low-hanging wires from the damaged pole.

Orange and Rockland and Verizon crews made repairs.
