The boy's father told police Sunday that David Kupperman exposed himself to his son "while changing his clothes in a common area of the pool," Police Chief James Batelli said.

The father also said that he confronted Kupperman after he "changed from his street clothes to a bathing suit in a common area in view of hotel guests, thereby exposing his genitals," Batelli said.
Kupperman told Daily Voice through an associate that his four children -- all under 9 years old -- "were acting up and became wild. [H]e wanted them out of the pool and they would not come out after he called them, so he had to enter himself to take them out.
"How in the world could he leave them all alone in the swiming pool and go into the locker rooms to change?" said the friend, Yoel Ber Braver.
"As every responsible father would have done, he went into a corner and took towels to cover up while changing fast into a swim suit in order to take his kids out of the pool to take them home," Braver said.
Police charged Kupperman with lewdness and released him on a March 24 court appearance summons.
