“Midnight” didn’t resist the Chestnut Street rescue by Ramsey probationary firefighter Liam Coyne after a neighbor who heard the feline’s frightened cries called authorities.

Midnight’s owner, who lives on nearby Church Street, wasn’t aware of the predicament but was thrilled when firefighters came knocking after the save.
