A State Police sketch artist completed this image Wednesday.
The woman told police she was walking when “an older model vehicle, possibly a Honda Civic, drove past
in the opposite direction,” Ramsey Police Chief Bryan Gurney said. “The victim continued to walk and noticed a male on the opposite of the street, running towards [her].”
She said the man stopped and “appeared to be stretching his legs,” but then began crossing the street toward her, pulling down his shorts and exposing his genitals.
He then turned, ran back to his car and drove off, the woman told police.
She described him as:
• Late 20s to late 30s
• 5’10” – 5’11”
• Average build
• Short brown hair
• Scruffy facial hair
• Wearing a dark t-shirt, dark running shorts
