Simon C. Dolmaian, 42, was behind the wheel of a 2013 Corvette convertible that police said he drove off the lot of an Atlantic City dealership hours earlier after going in to ask about buying a car.

Port Authority police, who stopped him around 7:30 p.m., also found a bottle containing more than two dozen illegally prescribed pills, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said this morning.

Dolmaian, of Garden City, was being held at the Hudson County Jail in Kearny, charged with theft, receiving stolen property, DWI and reckless driving.

Last month, he was driving a Porsche that crashed in the Hamptons, which led to misdemeanor charges of DWI and reckless driving, records show.
