Overturned car on Rt. 287 backs traffic all the way to 17

Authorities have yet to determine the extent of injuries to a motorist who had to be cut from a vehicle that overturned on southbound Route 287 around 12:15 this afternoon.

The crash backed up traffic several miles to Route 17. Responding to the scene: Mahwah Fire Dept., Mahwah Rescue, Mahwah Haz-Mat Team, Mahwah Police Dept. and NJ State Police.
