Motorcycle flip-plate toll evader had no license, registration or insurance, Port Authority police say

YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: As he headed into the E-ZPass toll lane at the Lincoln Tunnel, a motorcyclist reached back and pulled his license plate in, then drove through, said Port Authority police, who stopped him.

Santiago Fidel-Rivero, 46, of Brooklyn wasn’t only missing an E-ZPass transponder, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT: He had no license, registration or insurance, either.

Fidel-Rivero was charged with toll evasion and theft of services and was issued several summonses after Port Authority police stopped his 2009 Harley Davidson at toll lane 23 just before noon yesterday.
