Fairview Deputy Police Chief Martin Kahn honored as chamber’s Officer of the Year

SHOUT OUT: The Fairview Chamber of Commerce yesterday honored Deputy Police Chief Martin Kahn as its Officer of the Year for 2014.

Kahn joined the Fairview force 20 years ago. He was named detective in September 2014 and was promoted to detective sergeant less than 18 months later.

Kahn became detective lieutenant in February 2008 before being promoted to detective captain three years later.

He was named deputy chief last September.

Kahn was joined at the event by, among others, Police Chief Thomas Juliano and Mayor Vincent Bellucci.
