The smell of burnt pot led to a search that revealed 55 pounds of weed bagged for wholesale, authorities said.
The weed, which sells for roughly $1,000 a pound, put Frederick Nnabuife, 36, of Las Vegas in the Bergen County Jail on $100,000 cash bail late Sunday afternoon, said Sgt. First Class Stephen Jones.
An investigation is continuing.
