Ashia Moore, 25, was being held on $100,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with forgery, obtaining drugs by fraud and receiving stolen property.

Moore, while working at Care-Point Medical Center on Franklin Turnpike, began stealing the pads in April, Police Chief Bryan Gurney said Friday.

She forged doctors' names and signatures, "then attempted to fill the prescriptions at Walgreen’s pharmacy’s in Ramsey and several other pharmacies in Hackensack," the chief said.

Moore was arrested on Thursday by Officer Jeffery Guilfoyle after he, along with Hackensack police and Bergen County Sheriff's officers, executed a court-approved warrant following an investigation by Detective Marc Shingelo, Gurney said.

She was given a Dec. 22 Municipal Court date.
