Towing Company Sues For $62K In Mahwah Crash That Killed 3
MAHWAH, N.J. — The trucking company whose driver was involved in a fatal crash in Mahwah is being sued by the owners of a heavy hauling business who cleaned up the site, NJ.com reports.
Three cement company workers from Oakland were killed while trying to fix a disabled mixer on northbound Route 287 in June 2014, when a tractor-trailer slammed into them, the mixer and then another vehicle in a fiery crash, Daily Voice reported.
