This interactive workshop will cover how to gain maximum benefit from food by making informed nutritional choices coupled with mindful exercises to benefit digestion.
Participants will experience exercises to enhance breathing, digestion and immunity. They also will earn about the different nutritional value of foods, the differences in protein (animal vs. plant-based) and how to balance their intake of macro and micro nutrients.
The result will be a better-feeling individual who is healthier and more productive.
The workshop will feature guest speaker Waltraud Unger, registered health, nutrition and lifestyle coach.
