The brunch features,
- Carving stations with oven-roasted breast of turkey and honey roasted ham
- Omelettes prepared to order, with choice of items including Irish rashers, an assortment of veggies, mixed cheese and Irish sausage
- Chef’s Table Buffet offering an array of starters, breakfast and brunch items such as assorted muffins, Shannon Rose Caesar Salad, Irish Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Gaelic Chicken, Shepherd’s Pie and Lobster Mac & Cheese
Easter Brunch costs $27 for adults, which includes coffee and tea, and $13 for children.
