Three Charged With Attempted Murder In Jersey Shore Drive-By Authorities charged three Monmouth County residents with attempted murder for a drive-by shooting three months ago in Keansburg. Wayne Jones Jr., 23, of Keansburg, Tyrone Bailey, 21 of Asbury Park, and Brittany Smalls, 25, of Neptune Township also were charged with weapons offenses in connection with the Feb. 20 shooting, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said Saturday.
