A 50-year-old Bergen County man has been charged with assaulting a child under the age of 16 years old, authorities said. Chen Chu "Teddy" Koo, of Tenafly, was investigated by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office following a tip from the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency that came in on Monday, Sept. 30, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. The two-alarm blaze at I Wides Liquors on West Englewood Avenue broke out around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31.
