Arrest Made In Hit-Run Crash That Killed Cook In Lyndhurst: Prosecutor A 29-year-old Kearny man has been charged in the deadly hit-and-run that killed a cook at a popular Route 17 restaurant this week in Lyndhurst, authorities said. Steven G. Novillo-Cabrera was behind the wheel of a 2020 Honda Civic when he struck George Arnold, 57, as he was trying to cross Ridge Road at Milton Avenue around 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
