A Paterson teacher who stopped a school bus on a highway to curse at a student who apparently chucked a snowball at his car had his teaching licenses revoked by state officials. Nathaniel T. A former Elmwood Park teacher arrested on low-degree child abuse charges had her teaching license revoked by state officials. Ashley L. Frabizzio, 34, of Butler was taken into custody in 2015 after a school administrator at the Sixteenth Avenue Elementary School notified authorities, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said in a release. A former second grade Jersey City teacher who admit to sexually assaulting a teen in her Lyndhurst home more than three years ago had her teaching license revoked by state officials. Lauren Coyle-Mitchell, 36, pleaded guilty in Bergen County Superior Court last January to aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, the State Board of Examiners said. State officials revoked the teaching license of one of the highest-paid school superintendents in New Jersey. Dawn Fidanza, formerly at the helm of The South Bergen Jointure Commission (a Hasbrouck Heights-based special education public school district) apparently created a new job for her daughter without approval and then covered lenses of security cameras in the SBA offices so that co-workers "could not see the comings and goings of her daughter," an investigation found. A gym teacher accused of masturbating in Wanaque parking lots twice had his license revoked by state education officials. John McCabe, 39, was observed pleasuring himself in a parking lot in July 2015. A woman reported the incident to police, who used surveillance to identify his car. PASSAIC COUNTY, N.J. -- A special education teacher from Passaic County had her teaching licenses revoked after pleading guilty to charges of manslaughter. At its meeting in April 2017, the State Board of Examiners (Board) reviewed information received from the Criminal History Review Unit (CHRU) and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office (PCPO) regarding Andrea Consales.
