A part-time U.S. magistrate judge based in Newark will handle the case in what is known as enclave court because the arrest was made on federal property at Sandy Hook. Members of the media must follows U.S. District Court rules that strictly prohibit "broadcasting, photographing, recording or otherwise transmitting court proceedings," including live streaming and rebroadcasting. Fair Lawn PD: DWI Driver Hits Three Cars, Porch A Fair Lawn driver was drunk when his car hit three vehicles parked in driveways and the porch of a home, authorities said. Richard Larrivieri, 22, was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center for treatment of a facial injury following the series of crashes shortly before 3 a.m. Oct. 30, police Sgt. Brian Metzler said. Larrivieri, who failed a sobriety test, was charged with DWI and reckless driving following his release from the hospital, Metzler said. Wayne PD: Swerving Driver On Route 23 Registers Nearly 4x Legal Blood-Alcohol Limit A swerving driver stopped by Wayne police in the middle of the afternoon on Route 23 registered nearly four times the legal limit on a blood-alcohol test, authorities said. Alerted by citizens to a vehicle that was “all over the road,” Officers Tomasz Cydzik and Adrian Sulejmani stopped the 2015 Toyota Sienna on the northbound highway near the Pequannock border at 3:15 p.m. Friday, Detective Capt.
