Calling All Seafood Lovers: New Orleans Inspired Restaurant 'The Boil' Opens Jersey City Digs Seafood fanatics, rejoice: A New Orleans-inspired seafood restaurant has opened in Jersey City. The Boil serves crab, lobster, crawfish, shrimp and more sourced directly from New Orleans.
