Woman Shot, Killed Along Railroad Tracks In Paterson (Update) A woman was shot and killed in Paterson early Wednesday morning, March 19, prompting an investigation, authorities said. Paterson Police responded to a shots fired call near 27th Street and 19th Avenue at approximately 3:12 a.m., according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Officer-in-Charge Patrick Murray. When officers arrived, they found the victim with a gunshot wound. Tesla Causes Evacuation Of American Dream Mall (Update) Police have provided an update in the evacuation of the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford Tuesday evening, Oct. 8. Just after 5:30 p.m., American Dream security saw a Tesla legally parked on the ground level of the C parking deck with the driver’s side door left open and unattended, New Jersey State Police Sgt. 'Trouble At The Hotel:' 2 Men Shot, 1 Dead In Fairfield (Update) Details have been released in a deadly shooting on Friday, Oct. 4 in Fairfield. One man was killed and another wounded in a shooting at the Ramada Inn on 2 Bridges Road around 12:30 p.m., Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Fairfield Police Chief Anthony Manna said.
