Jaydan Tejada, 19, of Lodi, was carrying a large kitchen knife, a ski mask, and assorted drugs -- crystal meth and psilocybin mushrooms, as well as THC candies and vaporizers -- following the pursuit, Detective Lt. Officer Rich Jasinski was on patrol on 10th Street when he saw a Honda Accord headed east on Kingsland Avenue tailgating another vehicle and going back and forth across the double-yellow line, Detective Sgt.
