Brooklyn Man Planned To Meet Girl At North Jersey Park For Sex: Prosecutors
A 27-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with planning to lure a 14-year-old girl to an Essex County park for sex, authorities said. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit received a tip that Nazarjon Abdukahorov was exchanging messages with a 14-year-old girl he met on a dating app, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N.
