Shaboo Williams, of New Milford, made the child perform sex acts and smoke marijuana with the child, who was between ages 13 and 16, last August, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Daily Voice. Williams was charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact after an investigation that began on Oct. 8, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
