A nationwide recall has been issued for a brand of peaches, plums, and nectarines because of a possible health risk.
The HMC Group Marketing, Inc., which does business as HMC Farms, issued the recall for the products sold in retail stores between Wednesday, May 1, and Wednesday, November 15, 2023, and the same date range in 2022, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website.

A Baltimore-based food company is recalling hundreds of products because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Fresh Ideation Food Group LLC says the products were sold from Tuesday, Jan. 24 through Monday, Jan. 30 in nine states, including Connecticut, Washington DC, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Health Scare: 62 Tons Of Chicken Products Recalled
Tip Top Poultry, Inc. is recalling nearly 62 tons of fully cooked poultry products that may be contaminated by listeria, federal authorities said Tuesday.
The recall involves chicken products with the “Tip Top,” Perdue,” “Gordon,” “Sysco” and “West Creek” labels, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said.
The items were shipped to hotels, restaurants, and institutions nationwide, the FSIS said, adding that federal authorities were concerned that the products may still be in institutional freezers.
