Philadelphia Drivers Charged In Fatal 100 MPH Race Across Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Two men from Philadelphia have been charged with multiple offenses in connection with a fatal high speed hit-and-run crash on the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge, authorities said.
