Mom Holding Baby Run Over By Motorized Animal At American Dream Mall: Lawsuit
A woman and her husband are suing American Dream Mall in East Rutherford and some of its business partners after she says she was run over by a motorized animal while holding her baby in the Summer of 2023. The suit filed in Mercer County Superior Court says Jia Li, a Millburn resident, was walking through the mall holding her baby when she was "suddenly and violently" struck from behind by a person operating a motorized version of a plush animal on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
