Storm-Toppled Trees Slam Into 19th Century Ridgewood Barn RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- A cluster of trees toppled by Thursday night's brief but intense rainstorm slammed into a 19th Century barn in Ridgewood, destroying it. No one was in the barn, behind a single-family South Irving Street home, at the time.
