Ready For Takeoff: NJ Hot Air Balloon Fest Lifts Off This Weekend It’s almost time for the 40th annual New Jersey Lottery Festival of Ballooning — and this year’s event lineup features some of the most “Instagram-worthy” shapes and spectacles from all around the world.
