Blizzard: Foot Of Snow Possible Across South Jersey
Up to a foot of snow was possible Monday in South Jersey, with blizzard conditions likely to last until the afternoon.
Only a light dusting to an inch was expected in the northern part of the state.
A State of Emergency was declared in Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland and Ocean counties by Gov. Phil Murphy Sunday night.
Meanwhile, the National Weather Service expanded a winter storm warning to Atlantic, southeast Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem counties until 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

Foul Play? 2 PA Men Missing For Months After Trip To NJ
Authorities in Pennsylvania are seeking the public's help in locating two coworkers who were last seen on a trip to New Jersey, and police believe foul play played a factor.
Matthew James Branning, 50, of Sellersville, and Michael Allen Stark, 47, of Royersford, worked together at Enchlor, Inc. in Silverdale Borough.

Covid-19: NJ Reports Highest Number Of Positive Tests In 1 Day Since January
COVID-19 cases are surging in New Jersey as the state reports 17 deaths and 4,782 confirmed cases of the virus -- the highest number of positive tests in one day since January, according to the state's COVID-19 dashboard.
The seven-day average for confirmed positive tests also more than tripled the average from a month ago, increasing to 3,519, as originally reported by NJ Advance Media.

PA Lifeguard, 16, Dies After Jersey Shore Boating Accident
A 16-year-old lifeguard from Pennsylvania died after a boating accident on the Jersey Shore.
Norman V. Inferrera III, of Phoenixville, PA, was rowing a lifeguard boat in the ocean when the vessel was broadsided by a wave and flipped over on the Reading Avenue Beach in Cape May Aug. 19, police said.
Norman was knocked unconscious and other lifeguards responded immediately to his aid, police said.
The teen was flown to the hospital, where he died on Friday night, a relative told Daily Voice.

Tornado Watch Issued Across 16 New Jersey Counties
The National Weather Service on Thursday afternoon issued a tornado watch across 16 New Jersey counties.
The watch remains in effect until 9 p.m. across Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Sussex and Warren counties.
The watch -- less severe than a warning -- was also issued for most of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Storms were expected to arrive between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., and end between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Straight-line winds, large hail, lightning and flash flooding are also possible.
