Girl's Accused Mall Abductor Has Lengthy Criminal History Across Bergen County, Records Show
A 23-year-old Bergen County man accused of abducting a teen girl and sexually assaulting her at the Willowbrook Mall has a crime-riddled past stretching back several years. Denys Ludisaca has five pages worth of offenses on the NJ Courts website dating back to 2019, when he was first arrested for criminal trespass and drug offenses. In February 2020, he was charged with receiving stolen property in Bergenfield. Days later in Teaneck, Ludisaca was intoxicated when he was involved in a hit-and-run crash, charges indicate. Man Sexually Assaulted Pre-Teen Repeatedly For 3 Years In Bergen County: Prosecutor
A 43-year-old Rutherford man is accused of sexually assaulting a child repeatedly for years, authorities said. Rolando F. Pincay-Sailema assaulted the child, who was not yet 13 years old, over the course of three years, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Pincay-Sailema was arrested in Rutherford on Monday, Jan. 27 and charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.

A construction worker was hospitalized in Bergen County Tuesday morning, Jan. 14 in a worksite accident, police said. The worker, 56, was struck in the head by the bucket of an excavator while working at a construction site in the 1500 block of Valley Brook Avenue in Lyndhurst, Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said.
