Lyndhurst Health Department Seeks School Supplies

LYNDHURST, N.J.– The Lyndhurst Health Department is collecting supplies for the upcoming school year.

Needs include:

  • New, non-drawstring backpacks;
  • Gently-used school uniforms; 
  • Glue sticks;
  • Dry-erase markers;
  • Pens;
  • And three-subject notebooks 

Donations will be accepted at the health department from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday until Sept. 12.

Anyone with a child in need of supplies is asked to call (201) 804-2500 to schedule a pickup. 

The health department is located at 253 Stuyvesant Ave., Lyndhurst.
