Officers responding to a call about men engaged in lewd activity in the Bergen County Park South restroom just after 11 a.m. said they found the older man, identified as William Manahan, giving the younger one, Joseph Laido, oral sex in a stall.
“He quickly stood up from a kneeling position in front of the other male and retreated into the neighboring stall,” Capt. John Valente told CLIFFVIEW PILOT tonight. “The second male who had been in a standing position then retreated further into the stall [that] they both had been occupying.”
Both were taken to police headquarters and released on summonses to answer lewdness charges in Municipal Court on Jan. 6.
