Wallington police rescue same overdosing heroin addict for 2nd time this year

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Wallington police rescued the same 22-year-old heroin overdose victim with Narcan this week for the second time this year — and reported finding more than 10 used packets of the drug in his home.

A second dose of Narcan administered Wednesday night by Sgt. Paul Stolarz brought the Main Avenue victim around after the first failed, Lt. Shawn Kudlacik told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.

The Wallington Emergency Squad took him to St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic.
