Tomasz Magdziak, 35, was being held on $30,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, chaged with two counts of distributing heroin and one of possessing Oxycodone with the intent to sell it.

Members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Narcotic Task Force team up with Wallington, Garfield and Clifton police in the investigation, Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.

Detectives bought heroin from Magdziak “on multiple occasions in Wallington and Passaic,” the prosecutor said.

They arrested him in Passaic a short time after a heroin and Oxycodone deal yesterday — and found him carrying 177 Oxy pills worth about $5,000 on the street, Molinelli said.

Magdziak, who the prosecutor said is single and unemployed, is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow.
