Seen Them? Lyndhurst Police Seek Diner Patron Who Pocketed Waitress' iPhone

LYNDHURST, N.J. – A Lyndhurst Diner waitress lost her iPhone to a thief who snatched it off a table as he left, said borough police who published a surveillance photo of their suspect and a companion who was with him.

The thief (above), who was seated at the counter and wearing a black winter cap, took the phone as he walked past a table while leaving, police said.

A second man (above, inset) – in a black hoodie and grey shirt -- was with him, but police don’t believe he knew what was happening at the time.
