Pizza man molested minor, authorities say

CLIFFVIEW PILOT SCOOP: A married 20-year-old deliveryman from Lyndhurst who works at a Cliffside Park pizzeria is charged with molesting a 14-year-old girl, now 15, for several months in 2010 and 2011, CLIFFVIEW PILOT has learned.

Erick Agramonte of Paul Street is being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with second-degree sexual assault and child endangerment.

He was arrested yesterday at Lyndhurst police headquarters, Prosecutor John L. Molinelli and Lyndhurst Police Chief James O’Connor said in a joint release.

“The victim’s family recently learned of the alleged sexual abuse and reported it to the Lyndhurst Police, who contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit,” the release says. “An investigation ensued, resulting in the arrest of Agramonte.”

Agramonte, a Dominican native who is in his freshman year at Bergen Community College, is scheduled for a Feb. 21 appearance in Lyndhurst Municipal Court.
