The Holmdel-based owner called the NJSP last Friday afternoon and said that Huaman was possibly headed north on the Garden State Parkway near the business, State Police said.

Less than a half-hour later, troopers spotted the van about eight miles north, in Hazlet and pulled it over, they said.

Huaman, 47, was processed and released pending a court appearance on a receiving stolen property charge, the NJSP said.
