North Arlington man charged with molesting two girls, 12, 13

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A North Arlington man was arrested on charges of molesting two underaged girls – one 12 and the other 13 – after one of them told her mother, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this morning.

Richard G. Grossy, a married, 39-year-old recyclying company worker, was being held on $250,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with aggravated sexual contact, child endangerment and promoting obscene material, among other counts.

Grossy was arrested at his High Street home yesterday by North Arlington police and members of Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.

He has an initial Municipal Court appearance scheduled for next Thursday.
