David M. Bell, 39, posted $50,000 bail and was released pending grand jury action on child endangerment charges.

Bell, of Pulaski Drive, was arrested after school officials alerted members of the state New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P), who notified Molinelli's Special Victims Unit.

"The North Arlington Police Department was also notified and a joint investigation commenced," the prosecutor said, noting that Bell and the victim know one another.

An Oct. 8 arraignment was scheduled.
