No Injuries In Fiery Crash At Lyndhurst-Nutley Border

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- Two vehicles ended up torched after a mini van burst into flames in a chain-reaction crash at the Lyndhurst-Nutley border on Route 21 Saturday morning.

No one was seriously injured in the back-to-back collisions involving four cars about 200 feet from Exit 8, said Eric Stryker, a good Samaritan who stopped his car and rushed over to help.

Nutley police and firefighters were the first on the scene, Stryker told Daily Voice.

"The van was 100% empty when the fire really got going," he said.
