Angel Argueta-Diaz, 35, was arrested after a joint investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Lyndhurst police, Acting Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Thursday.
Argueta-Diaz remained held on $100,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail pending an Aug. 31 arraignment in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on charges of aggravated sexual contact and child endangerment.
