Sgt. Tomasz Kruk busted both after spotting the illegally parked vehicle on Wallington Avenue just after 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Detective Lt. Shawn Kudlacik said.

After obtaining consent to search the Jeep from the driver, 25-year-old Przemyslaw Gradowski, the officer reported finding 11 wax folds labeled "SECOND2NONE," one labeled "LEGEND" and nine unlabeled -- all containing heroin -- along with five syringes, Kudlacik said.

Gradowski was released on a summons to appear in Municipal Court on drug-related charges.

Passenger Marcin T. Koc, 22, also of Wallington, was turned over to Passaic police.
