Authorities on Monday released surveillance photos of the brazen bandit, who had an audience as he held up a Bank of America branch on Ridge Road in North Arlington around 3:15 Friday afternoon.
Witnesses said he then drove off down Melrose Avenue in a black, four-door vehicle.
Authorities described him as Hispanic, light-skinned and in his late 20s, about 6 feet tall and around 175 pounds. He was wearing a black North Face winter jacket, black ski mask and black hat, faded blue jeans, black sneakers with a white stripe on the heel, and black gloves.
Anyone with information about the holdup is asked to call either North Arlington Police detectives (201.955.5680) or the FBI (973.792.3000).
