ICE authorities have secured a detainer for possible deportation proceedings on Daniel Wroblewski, who remained held on $50,000 bail this afternoon in the Bergen County Jail.
Wroblewski “was capable of producing and distributing counterfeit government documents to include: driver’s licenses, Social Security number cards, identification cards allowing the holder to qualify as a worker on commercial buildings and superstructures to include infrastructures such as bridges and tunnels, as well as educational documents such as high school General Education Diploma’s (GED) and college diplomas,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.
Wroblewski asked his customers to “provide the pertinent personal information required such as height, weight, eye color, date of birth and address as well as a photograph when necessary,” the prosecutor said.
“Within a matter of days,” the documents would be “ready for distribution,” he said.
Detectives from Molinelli’s White Collar Crimes Unit arrested Wroblewski at his Jordan Avenue home last night, the prosecutor said in a news release issued late this afternoon.
