NORT ARLINGTON, N.J. -- Jennie Lucy Borowski, 84, of North Arlington, died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Rochelle Park.
Born in Jersey City , she lived in North Arlington since 1973.
Borowski worked as a secretary for the North Arlington Board of Education before retiring seven years ago. Earlier, she worked in the accounting field for many New York City companies.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Lucy (nee Zapoloski ) and Peter Borowski; the sister of the late Stephanie Hildebrandt, Irene, John S., Joseph S., Stanley Paul and Chester C. Borowski; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 8:45 a.m. Monday at the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington, thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for a 9:45 a.m. funeral Mass. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
