Carmen C. Rusignola, 93, Of North Arlington

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. — Carmen C. Rusignola, 93, of North Arlington, died Thursday, Oct. 27.

He was born July 28, 1923.

He was a distinguished attorney for more than 50 years and was a municipal court judge in North Arlington. He was a World War II Army veteran. He was known for his joking ways and singing with his guitar.

He was predeceased by his wife, Ann Rusignola and Marjorie Rusignola.

He is survived by his children, Carol Jean Pugliese and her late husband Anthony and CarmenAnn Rusignola; brother, Robert and his wife Kathryn Rusignola; grandchildren, Louann and her husband Joe Funiciello and Lisa and her husband Louis Speranza; and great-grandchildren, John, Nicky, Lauren and Leann.

There will be a funeral service at 9 a.m. Monday at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Queen of Peace R.C. Church, 10 Franklin Place, North Arlington. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
