Port Authority Approves Plans To Replace Bus Terminal

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has decided to move forward with a plan to replace the aging New York bus terminal, according to NorthJersey.com.

Board members approved a plan that will include an international design competition for a completely new bus terminal, added NewJersey.com.

The terminal, which is more than 50 years old, is considered outdated for the projected increases in traffic, said NorthJersey.com.
